Senior Product Designer - part time in Bucuresti

About project: We are looking for a senior product designer (20 hours/week) for our client, one of the world’s most successful automotive companies. They are one of the leading global suppliers of premium and luxury cars and vans. Responsibilities: You will be designing a new sales platform for our client, starting with a single module, and possibly expanding to other platforms; You will design web front-end and micro-front-ends for a “mobile first” web interface and in the future also (possibly) native (iOS/iPadOS) front-end;You will own the product design process from discovery, research, through designing and testing clickable prototypes, to preparing specs for the development team; You will work a lot of freedom in terms of UX/CX, while conforming to client’s corporate guidelines; You will work directly with the client and his users and collaborate with our scrum team of analysts, software and QA engineers. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as Designer/UX ;A portfolio of successful implementations on web and mobile platforms; Deep knowledge of UX theory and Design Thinking;Strong focus on creating highly usable interfaces; Strong leadership and great communication with users and stakeholders;Ability and willingness to coach the team and build UX awareness in our company and client’s; Fluent English (C1+) as we’ll be developing interfaces also for non-Polish speakers.
