Qualifications
Completed technical degree (, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) with a solid business backgroundMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B product management within the automotive industry, with a clear focus on HMI, EAS, or Body ElectronicsProven experience in managing complex product and platform portfolios in an international environment (leading project / products)Fluent in English (minimum C1 level), spoken and writtenStrong communication skills as well as a structured, analytical, and proactive working styleExperience in collaboration with international markets, especially the APAC region, is an advantageCustomer experience (Automotive OEMs)Responsibilities
Develop and implement a forward-looking global product strategy for Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), Entry & Authorization Systems (EAS), or Body ElectronicsFull responsibility for the product lifecycle – from market analysis and product specification to market launch and continuous improvementBuild, maintain, and further develop an innovative and competitive product portfolio in the field of vehicle access and interior systemsCollaborate closely with international, cross-functional teams in R&D, Sales, Marketing, and ProductionCreate solid business cases, pricing strategies, and portfolio analyses to support strategic decision-makingSupport the development of sales strategies as well as the design of product training and training materials
