Responsibilities
Act as Project Management Excellence coach. This includes:
* Hands-On support in challenged projects in different locations
** Task force leadership
** Projektmanager Coaching
** Projektmanagement Coaching
** Project assessment
** Definition and execution of Improvement plan
** Trainings
* Drive project management transformation within Luxoft Automotive
* Derive re-usable assets and drive distribution to the whole delivery organisation
* Drive improvement initiatives
Skills
Must have
* > 5 years of program management experience
* > 5 years of automotive software experience
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Open to frequent/longer term business trips
* Excellent system level understanding of one of the following areas: Digital Cockpit, Autonomous drive (Cloud or in-Vehicle), Connected Mobility (Cloud or in-Vehicle)
* Good understanding of business execution
* Entrepreneurial mind set
Nice to have
* Task force lead experience
* Experience with Agile, ASPiCE, Functional Safety
* German, Chinese
