Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Autonomously managing project execution throughout the full project life cycle
- Prepare project budget and timeline based on the scope and objectives
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Identifying and mitigating risks, while dealing with the factors of time, budget, and scope
- Managing and close cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Managing, motivating, and leading project teams
- Managing third-party service providers
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of project management experience
- Certifications or degrees in project management or similar
- Having a tech background and deep understanding of software development intricacies
- Experience with running a project in Agile frameworks (SCRUM)
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Experience with risk management
- Experience with working with third-party service providers
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Good communication, both spoken and written, in English and Romanian (preferred native speakers)
- Communicates openly and transparently with stakeholders, project teams, partners, and third-party service providers in order to proactively achieve the project goal
