Senior Recruiting Specialist in Sibiu

Senior Recruiting Specialist We are currently in search of a Senior Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources department of the Marquardt Group in our location Sibiu (Romania). ResponsibilitiesWork closely and partner with hiring managers to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications for each position;Create and maintain a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up;Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent;Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates;Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database;Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;Create and release job descriptions and announcements to appropriate job board etc.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.Screen candidates resumes and job applications;Create specific reports for the recruitment and follow KPI's;Conduct phone interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.Minimum QualificationsBS/MS in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology (or related field);Proven work experience as a Recruiter (min 5 years of experience; either, in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Technical recruiting knowledge;Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.) Hands-on experience with various selection processes and recruiting software (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills;High interest and excellent knowledge in recruiting trends, tools and state of the art recruiting methods;Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search;Willingness to travel within Romania.
