A Day in the Life• Facilitates country specific implementation of key field development strategies & tactics• Develops and executes local awareness programs to improve specific target education• Builds and maintains relationship with local Medtronic service providers• Analyses local Cardiac Surgery market’s opportunities and risks on a continuous basis. Present analysis to Operating Unit Leader. Supports market penetration improvement.• Identifies, evaluates and recommends local market growth opportunities for Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit, consistent with product line objectives• Communicates proactively to all levels of management and stakeholders• Assures alignment with other local functional areas such as research, clinical, development, education and reimbursement• Supports Training & Education department in identifying the proctors and KOL’s to accelerate market growth • Supports Clinical Management with linkages to local KOLs and Therapy Centres Must Haves• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience• 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices• Experience with developing therapy access• Established relationships with key opinion leaders in cardiac surgery field• Proven track record of strategic planning experience• Market or Field development experience• Fluent English, both written and spoken• Fluent in local language Nice to Haves• Results driven• Business and strategic acumen• Analytical skills to understand local markets and customers’ needs• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects • Ability to work independently • Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation structure We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package to all our employees:• Flexible working environment• Annual Incentive Plan % depending on company results• Pension scheme and group discount on healthcare insurance • Training possibilities via Cornerstone/Harvard Manage Monitor/Skills Lab• Employee Assistance Program and Recognize!
