ITIL (regular) English (advanced) Team Leadership (advanced) Analytical Thinking (advanced) Communication Skills (master) SAP (master) GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB In your role as (Senior) SAP OPERATION MANAGER at Amer Sport Global IT you will work directly with our internal clients and partners, to ensure the quality delivery of services, enhance customer satisfaction, define and advance performance metrics (KPIs), resolve escalated conflicts and drive continuous improvement opportunities. Your proven consulting experience and leadership skills in an international environment will help you to manage our team of SAP professionals. You will act as a leader, counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the company staffing and people development processes, ensuring stable environment for a long-term cooperation with our internal and external team members, stakeholders and IT service providers. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 10 years of SAP consulting experience. Very good technical and functional background. Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management. Analytical skills and problem solving. Team leadership skills. Strong customer service orientation. Fluent English. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a team of SAP professionals and coordinate the work and efforts of external consultants. Plan and ensure resource availability according to budget constraints. Deliver high quality SAP services. Monitor and report team performance measures. Prioritize and coordinate customer change requests implementation. Handle customer escalations and communication with solution owners. Continuously improve existing and implement new processes and workflows.
