What you will do: Support for contract management activities: contract creation, contract reviews, creation of contract amendments and service description; Stakeholder Management: Organize, prepare, and facilitate meetings / workshops with the internal teams as well as with customers; Continuous Service Improvement / Quality Management: Conduct regular ” Customer Satisfaction Interviews” with the customers (at least once a year) and create a list of issues & service improvement measures; Conduct retrospective sessions with customers and service delivery team to ensure a continuous service improvement; Reporting project specific information to various stakeholders: Regular project reporting covering topics such as achievements, risks, issues, impediments, decisions, financials & team capacity; KPIs tracking and reporting; Financial Management & Reporting: Budget controlling; Provide support in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control for services; Provide support to Account Managers by assisting in sales-related activities such as proposal preparation (PowerPoint and Excel); Manage documentation, including service plans, reports, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance; Organize Team Building Events, Offsite Events, Travel Management; What you bring: Coordination and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally; Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams „proactive customer-centric working style”; Incorporation of good self-organization is required; Autonomous working style; Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances; Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; You have: University degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 3+ years of relevant working experience ideally with experience in service/project management, preferably with a focus on global projects and services coordination; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Attention to detail; Strong problem-solving abilities; Fluent English is required (speaking and writing); We place people at the core of what we do, this is why we are committed to your personal and professional growth: Complete training curricula available (tailored courses) International Certifications (Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prince, ITIL, IFOA, ACCA, IACCM etc.) Comprehensive Leadership Programs All you can learn with LinkedIn Learning!
