Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and  understand business needs  for a wide range of Sharepoint portal solutions (intranet, collaboration, workflow automation, etc.)  Design, implementation, and roll-out of  suitable solution architectures  as an interplay of SharePoint out-of-box functions and customizing’s (e.g. JavaScript, Power Automate, Adaptive Cards Extensions, etc.)  Sharepoint Web Parts and Solutions Development (SPX)  to extend native Microsoft Viva and Microsoft 365 apps capabilities.  Migration of SharePoint  Farms (on-premises and cloud)  Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.  Application Management. Qualifications A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.  Professional experience in the field of  requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation, documentation,  and support of  SharePoint -based web applications - SharePoint Online (M365) and On-Premises (SP2016 / SP2019)  Familiarity with SharePoint development, with a solid understanding of  SharePoint lists, libraries, and site customization .  Migration of Microsoft Sharepoint content and solutions using tools like ShareGate, Quest, etc.  Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Sharepoint solutions using e.g: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Rest API, jsLink, Power Shell / PNP Power Shell, SharePoint API, or Client-Side Object Model.  Good communication skills in  English.   Ideally, you already have experience with Power Automate & Power Apps, Nintex Forms and Workflows as well as SharePoint Server Side Development (legacy applications): WSP, Visual Studio, C#.  Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit to the office per quarter.  Willing to occasionally travel (estimated 1-2 times per quarter).
