What you will do Design and develop SaaS microservices with complex performance & scale considerationsHands on BE development of our core SaaS solutionHands on design and implementation of Scale, Big Data, Performance and High Availability servicesTake part in the CI\CD process and deliveryTake part in SW design, Architecture, code reviewsThe team owns Quality & Automation of the teams developmentsWorking closely with colleague teams, DevOps, management, POs, and additional stakeholdersConduct research and self-learning via various resources for the design and implementation of product visionBe the owner of your domain and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability What makes you an ideal candidate Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology (or equivalent)Experience of at least 3 years of BE developmentStrong Development skills in Object Oriented languages and specifically JavaProven architectural skills - experience with large-scale systems design, troubleshoot distributed systemsExperience in Linux, Docker and AWS servicesHands-on experience with SaaS technologies, Scale, High Availability, Kafka, micro services architecture, big data performanceExperience with monitoring solutions such as AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, and the ELK stackCan-do attitude, motivational, problem solver, proactive and curiousExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with agile methodologiesExperience using Development and DevOps tools in a cloud environment, such as Ansible, BitBucket, Jenkins and Maven, experience with Kubernetes - Big plusFamiliar with DevOps processes and deep knowledge of CI\CD methodologies - Big plus What we offer Our employee benefits including flexible workplace policies, employee resource groups, learning and development resources, career progression pathways, and community engagement initiatives are some of the reasons why we have had great success in bringing in new talent.
