Your duties and essential functions   In this role, you will have ownership of the technical documentation portal and all the autonomy to make technical decisions. You will design and implement the business-critical feature and also: Develop high-quality and scalable web applications using modern technologies and frameworks. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand and translate project requirements into technical specifications. Design and implement server-side and client-side architecture to ensure efficient and seamless integration. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality and optimal performance. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring an excellent user experience. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, assisting them in their professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, UX/UI specialists, and backend developers, to deliver cohesive and successful projects. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS. Experience with the Elasticsearch stack. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered. Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful web application development. Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Proficiency in server-side technologies and frameworks like Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Django, or ASP.NET. Solid understanding of databases, including relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Continuous learning mindset and passion for updating with emerging web technologies and trends. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, specifically Gitlab for CI/CD. Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in web applications.
