C# (nice to have) Microsoft Azure (junior) CI/CD frameworks (regular) ATDD (regular) TDD (regular) BDD (regular) Java (regular) Job descriptionImplement and lead the test automation activities using CI/CD frameworks that support the strategic direction of our Continuous Testing ProgrammeSupport developers and be involved in the writing of unit and integration tests to support the test infrastructureWrite and manage Test Strategy and Test Plans for new features and/or non-functional requirementsDesign and develop Performance Testing frameworks using JMeterDesign and develop cross cutting tools that support automation of testingDevelop solutions to enable reporting on Quality Metrics as requiredSupport the implementation of UI/API automation tools and framework e.g. Katalon Studio, ReadyAPI or PlaywrightRecommend improvements on quality practices across functional and non-functional testingMonitor the effectiveness of the testing function and suggest improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLCWork with Software Engineers, Web Developers and Quality Analysts across the department to identify automation testing hardships and work with Principals to remove themProvide guidance, feedback, and suggestions to improve quality practices across software engineeringResearch and suggest innovative testing products, solutionsand approaches, demonstrating the business value of themDesign methods for the creation of test data-understand, analyse, and develop test data setsProvide technical mentoring and trainingacross software engineeringSupport test teams carrying out manual regression testing with automated solutionsPosition requirementsHands-on experience of implementing and leading test automation activities involving CI/CD frameworks (preferably Azure DevOps)Knowedge of testing principles, testing types, and methodologies, inc.
