As an Indirect Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Honeywell, you will drive enterprise sourcing initiatives through end-to-end supplier management, supply base optimization, and cost improvement initiatives. You will support supplier onboarding, data validation, and sourcing execution while ensuring compliance with Honeywell's sourcing policies.
Partnering with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, you will facilitate timely contract execution, maintain data integrity, and mitigate supplier risks, including during M&A activities. Your contributions will include supplier due diligence and contract continuity planning to ensure seamless transitions. This role, reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and based in Bucharest, Romania, will significantly enhance sourcing effectiveness and the execution of strategic initiatives.
This is a hybrid role (3 days from the office and 2 days from home).

Drive and execute plan with supporting strategies for key professional services needs including any legal services, financial services, annual audits, advisory services, tax services, and various other professional service needs to support internal stakeholdersDrive Total Cost of Ownership optimization through a mix of levers such as competition, price, service design, consumption, ratios of Subcontractors to Contract Service Workers.Manage supplier selection, RFI and RFQ processes, eAuction, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance processes, manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SoWs) from inception through negotiation, completion and maintenance.Manage Professional Services category strategies including spend analysis, benchmarking, cost analysis, market analysis and global technology / economic trends tracking.Ensure rigorous management of key suppliers through processes such as score carding, Business Reviews, Service Level analysis and corrective actions.Align with key internal stakeholders to build sourcing strategy to support short-term and long-term professional services needsImprove Working Capital through Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, and other initiatives, assist in operational procurement escalations, reconciliations and reporting as required.
Bachelor’s degreeExperience in Professional Services Strategic Sourcing (min. 3-5 years), strong category management experience- (min. 3-5 years)Strong contract negotiation experience (Terms and Conditions such as Limitation of Liability, Warranty, Indemnification, IP, security, pay terms, Experience in RFPs/RFQs and Statements of WorkDemonstrated impact in achieving category savings and working capital goalsFluent EnglishWe offer:
