Job Description
- Define, document, and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and exploratory tests
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test campaigns using tools such as Squash / Azure DevOps / Jira (or similar)
- Perform API testing (Postman, Swagger) to validate backend functionality
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira / Azure DevOps
- Collaborate closely with Development, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and improve testability
- Conduct cross‑platform testing on web and mobile, across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), including with tools such as BrowserStack
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.
- Ensure application quality across multiple environments: DEV, UAT, PRE‑PROD, PROD.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and overall test strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manual QA / QA Engineer.
- Strong experience with: End‑to‑end manual testing, API testing (Postman, Swagger), Regression, smoke, and exploratory testing, Test case design and review
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- SQL knowledge for backend/database validations
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- English – Professional / Advanced level
