Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our UX team creating high-quality user experiences to a broad range of users and use cases in the IoT domain. Your expertise in UX design and understanding of user needs will guide the team in delivering intuitive and seamless interactions. If you are passionate about designing for IoT and security solutions and thrive in a diverse and supportive setting, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities:Design intuitive and seamless user experiences that cater to a broad range of users and use cases in the IoT domainMaintain a user-centric approach, ensuring all features are well-connected and make sense from a user perspectiveImplement a Design Thinking process, including hypothesis creation, ideation, user testing, and iterative design improvementsParticipate user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors, and incorporate these findings into the design processAct as an advocate for users throughout the design process, ensuring their needs are considered and addressedOversee design implementation in the actual product by closely collaborating with developersEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in UX designFoster collaboration, teamwork, and iteration within the UX design team and cross-functional teamsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in interaction and visual designEnterprise level B2B SaaS software experienceDemonstrated ability to create user-centric architecture, interaction flows, and wireframes Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma to create rapidly interactive prototypes for user testing and design validationPreferred Requirements:Competence in running accessibility tests to ensure inclusivity in the IoT user experienceExperience establishing and implementing standardization of design and creation of style guidesBasic understanding of IoT technologies, Security solutions, and data visualization principlesExcellent written and oral communication and collaboration skills, with the proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional development teamsWorks effectively & independently in a dynamic team environment.Proven time management, organizational and follow-up skills to meet deadlines.
