Responsibilities This role is responsible for ensuring an optimal level of execution of all service plans and progress reporting to Customer Service Management and the Service Manager Managing the data transfer from the internal system to our own (Salesforce - Dynamics) Back-up for the other dispatchers during vacations Be responsible for site performance monitoring Ensuring that all data transfer is performed. Maintenance plans are kept updated for all turbines covered by service contracts Weekly calls with all area dispatchers (sites, technical support, predictive maintenance, technology) Control and monitoring of utilization factors and optimization also, track implementation of main component upgrades Qualifications Ability to monitor performance and capacity Practical approach and business oriented Ability to optimize and drive improvement in the planning of service activities on an overall level Medium level English language necessary Demonstrated leadership capability is essential Competencies Recommended to have experience in inventory control procedures, technical skills, and trend analysis Customer service skills are necessary Must be capable of instructing and support problem solving situations Must be computer literate What we offer We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at a growing wind turbine producer.
