Are you passionate about delivering impactful technology solutions and leading complex IT initiatives? We’re looking for a Services and Solutions Project Manager to drive IT development projects from concept through deployment, ensuring seamless execution, improved customer experiences, and measurable business value.
As a Services and Solutions PM, you will lead full lifecycle management of IT projects across multiple teams and stakeholders (requirements, planning, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support). You’ll combine a strong focus on customer experience outcomes with solid project management expertise, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business expectations.
This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates with clarity, and can seamlessly bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and detailed project plans.Lead and coordinate project teams across the full project lifecycle.Act as the main link between business stakeholders and technical teams.Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and updates clearly and proactively.Identify and manage risks, issues, and mitigation actions.Oversee solution delivery, testing, validation, and quality assurance.Drive continuous improvement and post‑implementation reviews.Apply project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and ensure governance and compliance standards are met.
What We’re Looking For:
3–7+ years of experience managing IT, software delivery, or technical service projects.Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects at the same time.Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Hands‑on experience with PM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, etc.).Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.Ability to collaborate across teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment.Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile) are an advantage.
