We are looking for a highly experienced site manager with a strong background in power transformers, preferably following European standards. You will lead all aspects of the day-to-day processes of multiple crews, including field service workers, field service supervisors, and commissioning engineers.
How you will make an Impact:
Lead and manage daily operations of several crews involved in installation and commissioning (I&C) activities. Ensure efficient communication and people management for daily, weekly, and task deliveries. Report I&C progress, correspondence, and status to project managers. Conduct review meetings with the management team. Handle I&C topics with customers and on-site stakeholders. Travel as needed to support I&C activities on a partial basis.What you Bring:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a related field. Solid understanding of installation and commissioning of power transformers, preferably in the high voltage range. Experience in leading on-site crews and supervising I&C processes Knowledge and experience in quality assurance on-site, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards. Project planning experience is a plus. Availability to travel. Proficient in spoken and written English.
