We are looking for a motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will ensure the stability, performance and reliability of our application systems, support deployments across new regions and collaborate closely with development and technical teams to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure stability of application systems and their deployment across new regions
Maintain daily system operations in multi-cloud environments
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Assist in application system deployment and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions
Maintain operation and maintenance documentation, recording system changes and manuals
Provide technical support to resolve issues raised by customers and internal teams
Collaborate with development teams to support development and testing environments
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related fields
Expertise in Kubernetes (k8s), Docker and microservice architecture deployment, operation and troubleshooting
Experience with CI/CD toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD) and DevOps practices
Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills; familiar with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki
Automation/configuration management experience (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus
Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, Go, Shell, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis) is preferred
RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, CKA, SRE Foundation/Professional or other relevant technical certifications are a plus
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong teamwork spirit, able to efficiently collaborate with development, testing and other technical departments
