About the Role
Support children, adolescents, or adults in residential care by providing structure, stability, and encouragement. Youll be part of a multidisciplinary team working toward meaningful progress and improved wellbeing for each service user.

Responsibilities

• Implement personalised care plans and structured routines

• Provide emotional support and promote independence

• Assist with activities, education, and therapeutic programmes

• Maintain documentation and safeguarding guidelines

• Collaborate closely with senior staff and clinical teams

Requirements (Strict)

• EU or UK Passport holder OR valid Irish work permit

• Bachelors degree in Social Care

• Valid Drivers Licence

• Strong communication skills and resilience

• Full commitment to relocating to Ireland
