The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and community-focused Social Media & Community Manager to give our AI companions a public voice. This is not a typical brand social media role. Your mission is to direct a cast of dozens of unique AI characters, managing their individual social media presences to make them feel like real, living people. You will leverage our proprietary AI systems that allow the characters to generate their own life updates, empowering you to manage a scale of profiles and a depth of immersion that would be impossible through manual creation alone. You will be a storyteller, an AI collaborator, a community builder, and the bridge between our virtual world and the public. A key part of this role will also be managing our official community hubs on Discord and Reddit, creating vibrant spaces for our users to connect.
A Note on Content: Please note that our characters and platform are designed to facilitate a wide spectrum of relationships and user expression, which includes adult themes and NSFW content. As the voice of these characters and a community manager, you will be creating and engaging with content that handles adult subject matter. Candidates must be comfortable and professional in this environment.
What You'll Do:
AI Content Collaboration: Work directly with our AI systems to guide, review, and curate social media updates generated by the characters themselves. You will be steering the ship, not rowing every oar.
Character Social Strategy: Develop and execute unique social media strategies for a diverse and growing roster of AI characters. Our initial target platforms are Instagram, X, and Reddit, but you will be empowered to explore others.
Platform Experimentation & Growth: Experiment with and manage character presences on various platforms, including mainstream and adult-oriented sites (e.g., Fansly), to analyze and optimize user acquisition strategies.
Oversee Engaging Content: While the AI generates content, you will write key narrative posts and ensure all published content maintains each character's distinct voice, personality, and backstory.
Build Their World: Manage a portfolio of social media profiles, making our characters feel present, interactive, and integrated into the real world.
Foster Community: Engage with followers, reply to comments, and build active communities around individual characters, creating a sense of genuine connection.
Manage Communities: Own and operate our official community hubs on Discord and Reddit. This includes planning platform-specific events, driving engagement, and moderating conversations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment on both platforms.
Collaborate on Narrative: Work closely with our writing and product teams to ensure character consistency and weave platform narratives into your social media storytelling.
Monitor & Report: Track social media trends and performance, providing insights to help evolve our character development and community strategy.
Qualifications
Who You Are
Experienced Social Media Pro: You have 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally managing multiple distinct brand voices or accounts.
Expert Community Builder: You have a proven track record of building and managing an active, engaged online community. Direct experience managing a thriving Discord server and/or subreddit is highly desirable.
Master of Voice: You are an exceptional writer with a chameleon-like ability to adapt your tone and style to fit different personas.
Creative Storyteller: You are passionate about character development and can think strategically about how to tell stories and build lore through social media.
Tech-Forward & Adaptable: You are excited by the prospect of working with new AI technologies and are adaptable to a workflow that blends human creativity with machine-generated content.
Platform Native: You have a deep understanding of the culture, trends, and best practices for major social media platforms.
Independent & Organized: You are a self-starter who can manage a complex content calendar across dozens of accounts without missing a beat.
Bonus Points
Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or creator/vtuber industries.
A personal passion for role-playing, fiction, or immersive storytelling.
Familiarity with generative AI tools, virtual influencers, or transmedia narratives.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
