Social Media Manager in Bucuresti

1. Position We are looking for an energetic and projects-oriented candidate to join our international Marketing & Conversation team. The Social Media Manager role will be to reinvent the way we communicate on our Social Networks and disrupt the technology consulting space. The candidate will work hand-in hand with the Brand Director, the CEO and the Deputy CEOs of Amaris Consulting. We’re looking for someone who has a keen eye for social media trends and best practices, and who understands the importance of social media in connecting with a large global audience. Responsabilities :As a Social Media Manager you will :• Grow and nurture our community by providing them with regular, helpful, and educational content, aligned with our readers’ needs and interests.• Build and manage a rich content calendar for our social media accounts. You’ll be in charge of creating, managing, and growing our brands’ presence through targeted communication.• Always be looking for ways to promote and amplify this content on our channels and beyond.• Reach out to movers, shakers, leaders, and communities, as well as other relevant people (KOLs, industry experts, journalists, etc.) and build authentic, meaningful relationships with them.• Monitor brand mentions across channels and handle questions from customers that come in via social media or in other communities, such as forums or blog comments.• Monitor relevant community metrics and interpret data and feedback from all thekey sources to boost engagement metrics.• Build and launch community initiatives• Have the possibility to launch transversal projects across the company to have an impact on its roadmap• Work with fun and smart teammates specializing in content marketing, design, UX, product management, and more! 3. Requirements Our ideal candidate should have the following elements to complement their enthusiasm :• A Master degree in Digital Marketing, Communication or Journalism • At least 2 years of experience in community management (Linkedin mandatory)• Excellent English writing and editing skills• Proactive & creative: you’ll have lots of ideas to share• Organized: you’ll be comfortable planning, reporting, and taking responsibility for social media management • Result oriented & strong attention to detail• Open minded, dynamic, good communications skills, curious • Team spiritedIf you are determined, ambitious, creative, and passionate about Digital Marketing, this is the role for you!
