On behalf of our client, an international financial service provider located in Prague, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below: Software Engineer - (f/m/x) financial area Prague - Tasks and responsibilities: Our client is looking for an Angular Frontend developer or JAVA software developer with good knowledge of Angular framework to join the Investment Funds development team (IFS) to work as part of the GUI development team supporting the IFS application landscape. The application landscape is mix of Legacy and new applications. The Legacy one is in production since and never went through major technical upgrade/redesign until now. The target is Java Spring application deployed into JBoss server with Angular GUI same as all the new applications. For persistence layer Oracle database is used. For communication with other systems queues (OAQ or AMQ) or APIs are used. The GUI is developed in Angular (12+) using npm and TypeScript. The client is using Git, JIRA, Maven and Liquibase to support their SCRUM development and Jenkins, Sonar, JUnit and Cucumber tests in their integration. Working in international multilocation environment Analysis of new business requirements and implementing them into the application Design and development of the Angular GUI based on requirements or the Legacy GUI depending on the application/project Mandatory skills and experiences: Practical experience with development in Angular framework Practical experience with Java is advantage Experience with Spring framework is advantage Experience with SQL databases is a plus Responsibility and reliability to deliver agreed scope in time and with quality Additional information: Start date of assignment: 01.02.
