Responsibilities Grow and lead a team of software engineers contributing and leading development in product and technology projects across mobile, cloud and backend infrastructure technologiesCoach and develop leadership skills of direct reportsOversee architecture and critical implementations, product and code quality, and use of best practices focused on developing highly scalable systems and work with technical team leads to drive forward technical decisions for projectsDevelop, track, and communicate progress and risks to technology roadmap, maintaining alignment with product roadmap to various stakeholders while owning development and shipment responsibility for projectsLead or participate in technology and product development project retrospectivesMinimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.People management and leadership experience. Ability to speak and write in English fluently.Preferred qualifications:Strong architecture skills (cloud and/or mobile development)Strong ability to collaborate with other people, teams and functions across the world.Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
