Agile (nice to have) MS SQL (advanced) .Net (advanced) We are looking for a Mid Software Engineer .NET to join our rapidly expanding software development team. The individual will be supporting our TMC Delivery team in the Warsaw office.The TMC EU team delivers and maintains software services used by internal and external customers, carriers, and supply chain partners across the globe to manage their day-to-day transportation needs.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop software and design solutions independently to satisfy customer requirements Partner with engineering product managers and principal software engineers to translate requirements into detailed designsIncrease code quality through code reviews and writing unit, integration, and acceptance testsOptimize, refactor, and reuse code to improve performanceTune performance and resolve availability issues of product or service and its dependencies in productionDevelop and maintain thorough technical documentation for featuresWrite code using secure programming patterns and by finding, fixing, and enhancing security in existing applicationsQUALIFICATIONSRequired:+3 years of experience creating applications and features in C#, .NETExperience with database objects in relational databases - MS SQLExperience with HTTP and REST architectureExperience with unit, integration, and acceptance testingExperience with version control systems (ex. GIT, GitHub, etc.)Experience with CI/CD continuous integration / continuous deployment practicesProven track record delivering software in an Agile environmentPossess solid communication skills and strong customer focusA learning and growth mindset that is open to giving and receiving feedbackPreferred:Experience with frontend technologies - JavaScript, React, TypeScriptExperience in system integration projects or global projectsExperience with transportation, logistics, or business systemsWhat does C.H.
