THINGS YOU WILL DO Create solutions that meet the strategic needs of an organization, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of business requirements.  Collaborate with the top banking/financial world wide Work closely with backend, frontend, QA Engineers, architects, Tech Lead, Head of Engineering  Foster a culture of continuous learning and technological innovation within the architecture team SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE   Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT professionals, to understand their needs and objectives. Analyze and document detailed requirements, considering both functional and non-functional aspects. System Design: Design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and scalability requirements. Understand non functional and designed to fit the given criteria Create architectural blueprints that outline the structure and components of the system. Present architecture blueprints to various level of governance and review boards for approval Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to meet project requirements. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to ensure the adoption of best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the proposed solutions. Provide guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. Work closely with enterprise architects from various groups to ensure solution can fit in the ecosystem Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans. Ensure that documentation is maintained and updated as the project evolves. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure the ongoing success of the project. Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, facilitating understanding and alignment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Several years of experience in software development and system design. Proven experience in a Solution Architect or similar role. Participation in various architecture review boards Technical Skills: Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, architecture patterns, and development frameworks. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, and other relevant technologies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
