Our Exciting Opportunity We are now looking for a Sourcing Analytics Manager to analyze, visualize, and model the data in our various systems used in the Global Sourcing organization. This includes end to end supply chain responsibility from source to pay across the 180 countries Ericsson operates across in this position in the Sourcing Reporting and Analytics team.What you will do Develops analytics solutions and automations for the Sourcing organizationCollects and structure requirements for Data Foundation & Automation TeamSupports process & analysis for critical initiatives, targets, and executive leadershipLeads Category area teams in the use of data visualization creation and adoptionDesign dashboards and visualization utilizing Ericsson tools (Tableau, Ivalua, PowerBi, Etc) that incites action within the businessEstablish reporting processes, methodologies and follow-upImplement data strategies to support data integration trough the automation teamReporting standardization and optimization trough automationEnsure training material and ways of working are recorded and maintained according to corporate guidelines.You will bring Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain & Value Chain Management, Data Science, Information Management, Business administration or Statistics3 years of working experience as a data or business analystSolid understanding of and experience with Tableau!Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasetsAdditional RequirementsAbility to think analyticallySolid attention to detailGood communication and social skills and ability to communicate thoughtfullyStrong oral and written skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskAble to work independently and with a defined framework of responsibilitiesBe able to maintain strict confidentiality of informationEfficiently engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously!Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
