SPECIALIST II in Constanţa

Job Description The purpose of this role is to consolidate the development of sustainable labor and industrial relations for our port operations in Constanta and to partner with the people managers to strengthen our culture of ownership, teamwork and initiative for self development. The role includes human resources generalist responsibilities and a strong component of coordination of the individual and collective labor relations within our operations in Constanta.Main responsibilities:1. Development of individual / collective labor relations in accordance with local legislation and ADM standards: - Collaborates with department managers to identify issues and opportunities to improve labor relations;- Informs, trains employees and managers and mediates individual labour relations in accordance with the Labour Code: employment contract, pay, discipline, legal liability, internal regulations, collective labour agreement, benefits, performance evaluation- Follow up the implementation of the collective labour contract2. Organizational development. Training and Instruction: - Ensures together with department managers that activities are carried out according to well-defined roles and responsibilities: updating of roles and responsibilities, organization charts; - Uses internal online training tools and platforms and monitor annual employee training in accordance with ADM policies- Supports recruitment and selection processes for a variety of roles at multiple organizational levels- Coordination of labor market reorientation processes- Coordinates the process of integrating new colleagues in the organization together with the OSH department- Organizes and supports educational sessions related to internal human resources processes: conducting timesheets, performance, setting performance objectives, evaluating performance;- partners with the people managers to develop the employee experience/engagement agenda for the sites3. Implementation of human resources procedures and processes at the level of port operations- Implementation of local policies in the terminals in the port of Constanta to ensure compliance with local legislation, the collective labor agreement and in accordance with the global HR process;4. Co-participation and back up in the personnel administration and payroll processes- Team up with the team of human resources specialists in the co-management of essential processes and provides support and backup: from hiring employees and maintaining the employee's file to recurring monthly processes that precede the payroll process: timesheets, rest leave, medical leave, special events, etc.- Co-ensuring data maintenance in key global systemsAbilities: Advanced skills in organizing and planning and mediating employees relations Medium level in terms of MS, Word, Excel software package; Power point Collaborative attitude Ability to have courageous and empathetic conversations with others Concern for the quality of results and projects and a continuous improvement drive Education and experience: University diploma Knowledge of labor legislation and human resources practices in Romania, especially the rigors and complexities of shift work Experience in developing collective labor relations (relationship with employee representatives / union) Specialization in the field of human resources, 7 years + Shift Normal Hours
