We work closely with other R&D teams to develop and test Bixby - our next-generation personal Intelligent Assistant. In our lab engineers, researchers, and linguists work together on innovative products for the multilingual European market. We define the way users access, explore and interact with devices, knowledge, information, and services. Role and ResponsibilitiesPerform software and product tests on different devices, including, but not limited, to smartphones, TVs and Fridges. Follow testing procedures and quality standards.Create test cases based on product specification.Discover, analyze and notify the bugs found, with the use of appropriate tools and reports.Close cooperation with developers, language experts, engineers and other testers.Technical documentation analysis.Prepare reports for conducted tests, test results and making analysis.Design and review test cases, test procedures and test process.Configure and maintain test environments and test data.Precision and attention to details. Technologies in use Systems: Android, Tizen, OS etc.Jira, Confluence, LinuxDevOps (Git, Jenkins)Microsoft office Excel, Word Skills and QualificationsUniversity degree (technical university or relevant experience in the field)Native or C1 in Spanish language Good English level (both written and spoken, at least B2 level) Great communication skills.Interest in electronics/telecommunication/IT science or equivalentCapable of making decisions and working independently High analytic skillsDiligence, quality-focus and attention to detail.Thirst for learning and mastering new technologies, with proactive attitude Nice to have Experience in software or product testingKnowledge of testing techniques and tools (ISTQB certificate)Knowledge of Samsung products (Android, Tizen etc) Knowledge of at least one scripting language: Javascript, Python, Bash, or Ruby,Knowledge of telecommunication and mobile technology.Knowledge of other languages (Italian, Spanish or German).Experience with Jira.
