As a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be ensuring the effective coordination of all activities associated with the NPI project and transfer processes to meet established objectives while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Eng Manager, and you’ll work out of our Lugoj, Timis location on an On-Site work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the efficient coordination of transfer, implementation, and improvement activities for both ongoing and new projects. Oversee the management of ongoing and developed projects, ensuring their successful transfer to the manufacturing facility by adhering to established timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. Coordinate collaboration and engagement among various departments to address activities across all development stages of the projects. Ensure the seamless progression of assigned projects and maintain resource oversight, with a focus on effective planning and scheduling within designated timeframes and cost parameters, while closely monitoring the initial budget. Develop, coordinate and supervise the execution of all project phases to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Organize and facilitate project meetings, provide updates on project progress, manage the project budget, and implement plans for production equipment and other necessary tools to support the commencement of production. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration Minimum of three years of experience in Electronics and/or Project Management Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills Solid understanding of firmware development and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes Strong financial analysis and budgeting capabilities Effective communication skills for presenting ideas and strategic plans for executive leadership Proficiency in English We offer:
