What you’ll do
As the Senior Manager of Strategic Pricing & Commercial Performance, you’ll lead the transformation of Vodafone Romania’s Consumer Business Unit by driving pricing strategy, commercial planning, and sales performance across all channels.
You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize revenue and profitability, develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals, and ensure the seamless execution of commercial initiatives.Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our retail and remote sales channels, managing budgets, and delivering actionable insights through advanced performance analysis.You’ll also be responsible for designing incentive programs, supporting strategic negotiations, and enabling operational excellence through robust monitoring and reporting frameworks. A seasoned commercial leader with over 7 years of experience in data-driven business environments and at least 2 years in team management.A strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and deep knowledge of pricing, channel operations, and contract negotiations.A confident communicator fluent in English, with advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to influence key decisions through compelling presentations.A collaborative partner who thrives in cross-functional settings and can lead commercial planning with marketing, sales, finance, legal, and HR teams.A proactive manager who ensures compliance with internal policies and labor legislation, and fosters professional development within their team.A results-oriented professional capable of managing OPEX and A&R budgets, designing commission strategies, and driving performance across distribution channels.A university graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Engineering, ready to take ownership of strategic initiatives and deliver measurable impact.
