By joining EC, you will have the unique opportunity to work on AECOM’s monumental projects located around the world, contributing to our purpose of delivering a better world.Main Responsibilities include:Provides engineering guidance, calculations, and analysis.Provides studies and recommendations on technical documents for the project in compliance with the requirements;Coordinates his work with that of colleagues in his discipline with colleagues from other departments working on the same project.Have an excellent experience in 2D and 3D mechanical modeling and design activities.Experience in 2D (AutoCAD and MicroStation) and 3D modeling systems using AutoCAD Plant 3D, CadWorx, and also Revit, would be a great advantage.Experience with American Standards and Codes. Other Standards and Codes will be an advantageUse of data provided by senior engineers and/or engineers' supervisory disciplines to prepare a basic outline of the work to be completed and the establishment of a program compatible with project objectives and budgets.Preparation, examination, and verification of projects at the level of design and the necessary project specifications.Acquiring the legislation, rules, and codes necessary to perform all calculations.Assisting and/or participating in the interpretation of codes, and standards concerning the specialized field.Understanding and examining/verifying for accuracy the documents of the vendor.Participating in the elaboration and conception of technological schemes together with Disc. Process, as well as their verification.Elaboration and verification of the Plot Plan and the equipment plans by areas, together with the other disciplines.Assisting in the preparation of the project purpose within a discipline-specific.Preparation and verification of requisitions for the purchase of materials.Evaluation and verification of the project from the point of view of construction with the help of Design Review.Evaluation and preparation of the project for Tenders.Examination and verification of the drawing of supports and data sheets for equipment.Evaluation and preparation of activities as well as the time required for project development.Presentation of progress reports and alerts to the supervisor regarding delays, conditions/reasons, as well as the preparation of the recovery plan.Verification and controlling the project budget.Ability to communicate effectively and clearly inside and outside the team.Ability to interface with other Offices and Clients.Problem-solving skills and finding the most suitable solutions for our clients.General learning and decision-making abilities.Concern for the improvement of professMinimum RequirementsHave experience (min. 12 years) in pipeline/mechanical engineering and the design of details.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.What We OfferWe will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
