Build consensus with broader organization on technical direction.Share knowledge via mentoring, presentations, blogs and conference.Research, prototype and stay up to date with the evolution of the industry What you need to succeed BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience6+ years of commercial software development experienceAdvanced level development skills in Java and ScalaProven experience of writing clear, high-quality and well-documented code, following distributed computing principles, for building high-scale high-performance and secure servicesExperience in RDBMS & NOSQL DB, web services, micro-services, REST, OOD, SLC, CI/CD, source control tools, DevOps principles, observabilityFamiliarity with Azure, Spark, Akka, Kafka, Kubernetes, is a huge plus.Able to communicate technical details clearly to all levels of the organization. Excellent written and spoken English.Adaptable to changing priorities, accepting challenges, learning new technologies, prototyping new ideas, delivering viable solutions within defined time boundaries and adopting iterative development cycles based on short and long term strategy.
