Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design for critical health-related projects, translating complex data into intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate will establish design strategies that enhance user engagement and trust, while leveraging AI technologies to create innovative solutions. This role is perfect for someone with a strong portfolio in product design and a passion for improving health and wellness through user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design for critical projects within the Growth, Engagement, or Platform pillars.
• Translate complex health signals and ecosystem data into clear user experiences.
• Explore and design AI-driven solutions for hyper-personalized health guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UXR to define product strategies and scalable designs.
• Contribute to elevating UX quality, accessibility, and the design language for personal health data experiences.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong portfolio evidencing experience in end-to-end product design.
• Excellent communication and design rationale articulation skills.
• Proven experience with consumer-facing mobile applications and data-heavy systems.

Domain Experience:
Experience in health, fitness, or wellness product design is preferred
