Our Tenneco Bucharest Global Business Center will accommodate a new Information Technology Hub and we cant await to have you on board to shift the way we do business! Key responsibilities: Provides technical leadership and escalation for resolving incidents, fulfilling work requests, and completing project deliverables. Creates and maintains procedures for support and maintenance of technologies for support teams. Mentors team members and oversees operational performance of managed service providers, contractors, and internal resources used to deliver services. Participates in 24x7 on-call rotation for service outages and escalations. Participates in recovery, maintenance, and project activities outside normal business hours What will make you successful: 10 years experience with Window Server, Active Directory, VMware maintenance and support. 4 year University Degree (BS, BA, or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics Experience managing data center services for medium to large-scale global enterprises (1,000+ servers). Experience overseeing quality of work performed by managed service providers, contractors, and consultants. Extensive experience with multiple technologies such as Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, VMware Hypervisor, Dell, HP, and CISCO UCS Server Hardware, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD, Azure ARC, Private Key Infrastructure Functional knowledge of infrastructure and application technologies and concepts and how they relate to delivery and maintenance of services such as LAN/WAN, Messaging, ADFS, Office365, Data Protection, Disaster Recovery.
