As a Staff AI Agent Engineer in Siemens Energy’s AI Factory, you’ll own entire agent products end-to-end – from research prototype to production – across an organisation whose technologies underpin an estimated one-sixth of the world’s electricity generation. Your agents won’t live in a sandbox. They’ll process real contracts, triage real engineering emails, and support project managers running multi billion-euro gas turbine installations. You’ll work in a small, high-autonomy team where shipping matters more than titles, and where the agents you build today will define how an entire industry works tomorrow. Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
