We are currently seeking a Storage Reorganization & eDiscovery L2 Engineer (with German) to join our team in Constanta, Constanța (RO-CT), Romania (RO).
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provides operational support for reorganization activities (file share restructuring, rights adjustments) and eDiscovery requests within Windows File Services and NAS environments.
- Ensures timely execution of approved changes, compliance with governance standards, and accurate documentation.
- Coordinates with technical teams for execution and collaborates with CSI for process improvements.
- Execute approved reorganization tasks (e.g., restructuring file shares, updating permissions) following defined runbooks.
- Process eDiscovery requests by locating, extracting, and delivering data in compliance with legal and security requirements.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for all activities, including evidence of execution and approvals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in German and English for request clarification and status updates.
- Coordinate with IN technical teams (Storage and Application) for execution of complex changes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate to CSI team.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for Incident, Request, and Change Management.
- Validate changes post-implementation and escalate issues as needed.
Knowledge Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of Windows File Services structure and delegated rights.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and NAS concepts.
- Basic knowledge of CIFS/SMB protocols.
- Process & Compliance: ITIL awareness (Incident, Request, Change).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- High attention to detail and ability to work under SLA-driven timelines.
- Ability to follow structured processes and escalate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Mandatory: ITIL v4 Foundation.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Proven ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and follow structured workflows.
