Supply Planner`s Team Lead in Bucuresti

Currently, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Planners’ Team Lead to join our highly motivated and inspiring team in Zentiva.The total scope of the position includes activities in the supply chain for licensing products and brand acquisitions, produced under contract with foreign manufacturers, products from the company's factories, packing centers, coordination of finalization of packaging, and inventory management.Responsibilities:To manage the strategic and tactical activities in the supply chain in all markets, and in particular: coordination of initial entry into the market of new products, management of the supply chain of products based on distribution, licensing, and brand acquisition deals as well as packaging based on contracts and service, coordination of the finalization of packaging, purchasing of API, distribution, inventory management.To ensure the successful introduction of new products and the subsequent supply of products to the markets.To support robust processes "Sales - Operations - Inventory - Planning."To support product transfers and management activities of the supply chain.To manage demand for products from EU sources and non-EU sources/markets in order to achieve competitive costs, services, and supplies.To support the development plans of the supply chain.To build trust and camaraderie between team members.To inspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals.To establish an open discussion for decision-making.To recognize and acknowledge the skills of key team members and utilize their strengths to the benefit of the team.To evaluate results and provide feedback in а timely fashion.To support the development plans of the team.Profile:Education: Relevant university degree;Professional experience in the field: minimum 3 years in а similar position in the Pharmaceutical field;Advanced communication, feedback, and negotiation abilities;Ability to handle high complexity and multiple tasks;SAP knowledge is an advantage;Time management;Other skills: Good command of English, Good computer skills (MS Office).What we offer:International environment;Working in a global team of professionals;Onboarding plan;Learning & Development plan;Additional benefits package;A hybrid form of work - on-site & off-site.Diversity is a fact.
