& Requirements Who we are looking for As part of our new regional DevOps & Infrastructure Team focused on supporting Tax applications, the Support Engineer will take responsibility for daily operational support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ticket management across several Tax Technology applications and environments.This is an experienced technical support role and not helpdesk. Requiring strong infrastructure knowledge, server operations experience, and the ability to work in enterprise IT environments.
