Workplace: Cystersów 13a/3, Kraków Duties and responsibilitiesResolving technical queries and communicating solutions via tools to clientsWorking with the queues and case tracking system effectively triages and resolves complex client application issues to departmental standardsWorking according to Service Level AgreementsCreating, monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through the systemsCollecting necessary information and data from the client to solve query or to pass to the development teamPrioritization and handling of service requests within predetermined SLAsTaking part in meetings/calls with business clients QualificationsExperience in troubleshooting and working with SQLAnalytical thinking and the ability to understand complex problems quicklyStructured and solution-oriented way of working, even under pressureKnowledge of the MS SQL Server/ Microsoft BI platformEnglish min.
