We’re hiring technologists at all levels.Main responsabilities: Responsible to build the SAP application for a broad set of business processes, having future effectiveness, ease of growth, flexibility and support of the application as top priorities for the process portfolio. Solution design for optimizing solutions - both development and configuration. Providing functional design and configuration directions for SAP based solutions. Providing state-of-the-art functional application knowledge in the area of SAP application expertise & solution design. Develop and manage Change Requests, Development Requests, Configuration Requests. Develop and manage functional & technical specifications. Contribute to the development of standards and best practices. Stay abreast of new SAP technologies and functionalities. Perform Unit Testing and manage defects during User Acceptance Test. Support Transition of changes to Production environment. Support Data Load and hyper care phase along with Production Support team. Provide KT to Production Support Team and close hyper care per defined KPIs. QualificationsTechnical and Functional Skills: At least 5 years of SAP ECC & Procurement configuration experience in P2P. Strong knowledge of P2P integration with other SAP Modules/Process. Good working knowledge of IDOCs. Good working knowledge of EDI. Strong knowledge of BI and middleware as key data integration tool. ARIBA knowledge to be an added advantage. Functional Knowledge: He/she should be able to understand the issues swiftly and resolve the problems within a short span of time due to his vast experience and technical knowledge. Technical Knowledge: He/she should be able to work independently with technical team, suggest BAPI and Function modules, Debug program and perform unit testing. Co-ordination with other teams: He/she should be able to coordinate with other process teams in identifying the issues and able to solve promptly. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation. Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain. Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to business partner’s expectations, even under pressure. Ability to take complete ownership of solution build work and deliver solution with minimal oversight.
