System Analyst Transport
We are looking for a System Analyst to join our partner team, supporting transport operations and contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions across the business.
Responsibilities:

Participate in the implementation of projects that require IT
components such as applications, modules, or information systems. - Gather, understand, and consolidate business requirements from users.
- Analyze technical requirements, perform documentation, and coordinate discussions with external partners.
- Propose business and technical solutions aligned with project needs and prepare the corresponding technical specifications.
- Provide support during the project lifecycle and after implementation (e.g., application testing, end-user training).
- Offer L2 support for the applications and systems under your responsibility.
- Comply with IT&C rules and policies applicable within the department and the company.
- Ensure the quality and proper functioning of delivered IT solutions by adhering to project standards and specifications.
- Identify and recommend process and technical optimizations in collaboration with external partners and Ahold Delhaize Group IT teams.

Conduct training sessions for end users.
- Engage in continuous learning regarding organizational structure, IT domain knowledge, and business processes.
Requirements:

Completed or ongoing university studies (preferably in IT or a
technical field). -
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Experience in project implementation (minimum 1 year).

Experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical, synthesis, and documentation skills.

Good command of the English language.
