You can expect a career full of brilliant possibilities. Position Summary: The System Performance Expert is responsible for managing all aspects of system performance from architectural design down to debugging & pre-analyzing of measurement results & defects occurring in the system during the development lifecycle. He is responsible for the specification of Key Performing Indicators of our systems to meet the customer expectations and in an overarching function, he leads the cross-domain teams to achieve the performance goals.Job Responsibilities:Your responsibility will embrace mainly the followingDefine generally applicable policies in the area of system performance and implement appropriate model features and extensions in the System and Software Architecture ModelDevelop and maintain performance related working practices, methods and tools. Ensure alignment within Harman and with customer, 3rd parties and automotive standardsDefine and maintain concepts in the project architectural designs to achieve performance targetsValidates the performance specific Trace & Debug architecture & toolsDrive clarification of performance requirements with domain stakeholders to ensure sustainable solutions.Define resource budgets according to the architectural designDefine reliable methods and use cases to verify continuously and automatically the KPIsEnsure continuous KPI test execution and evaluate the results.
