We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join the Systems, Data and Reporting team within our highly successful multinational organization. The successful candidate will provide support in the analysis of management information, including the design and creation of dashboard visualizations for leadership discussions. This will include sourcing data from numerous finance and accounting systems to create automated and standardized reports. This individual will be responsible for providing financial systems support and reporting financial and operational performance metrics, supporting the delivery of key initiatives and communicating monthly business results against agreed performance targets to the Finance team. Key responsibilities ​ Develop and standardize reports and Dashboards using Excel and other reporting and analytical tools and ensure these can be produced and published in a timely and efficient manner, automating processes where possibleUsing data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patternsUsing data to find trends and build predictive analytic models in our datasetAssisting in preparing analysis and presentation material for the monthly and quarterly financial and operational review meetingsDevelop reports for key strategic initiativesPrepare and maintain complex financial models particularly to support the annual planning processSupport the monthly forecasting processProduce and deliver accurate reporting in line with weekly and monthly requirements of the businessPerform ad-hoc strategic and financial analyses and research assignmentsPerform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Compiles and analyzes moderately complex financial information and projects.Performs integrated revenue/expense analyses and projections, creates reports, and presentations.Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.Responsible for conducting and documenting moderate to complex financial analysis projects.Works under general supervision. Preferred Qualifications Part qualified Accountant or qualified Financial AnalystHigh proficiency in Excel; experience involving extensive work with complex spreadsheets; ​Knowledge of IBM Cognos; experience of extracting large data sets from ERP systems and manipulating, using advanced excel tools, such as Power Query, or coding such as Python could be beneficial;Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly;Excellent oral \ written communications skills (in English), comfortable working with candidates at all levels and building stakeholder relationships internally;Professional and diligent with excellent attention to detailStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data, including financial statements and key financial ratiosConsultative, service-oriented mindset and collaborative problem-solving skillsProactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage change effectivelyAbility to demonstrate a sound knowledge & understanding of the various Finance functions, and the support & guidance they provide to a businessTeam player, with a proactive self-starter approach and proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work in a high-paced environment with a sense of urgency
