Systems V&V Engineer Verification and Validation Salary: £39, - £48, depending on experience Location: London/Surrey border with remote working options Security Clearance: eligibility to obtainUK Security Check (SC) My client, a leading provider of support to the defence industry is actively recruiting for a Systems V&V Engineer, to play a key role in ensuring that defence systems meet critical requirements by applying verification and validation (V&V) processes across the engineering life cycle. Responsibilities required for the position of Systems V&V (Verification and Validation) Engineer Apply IVVTQA principles across the systems engineering life cycle, from requirements through to integration and validation. Contribute to IVVTQA management plans, processes, and methods to ensure project success. Support system verification and validation through comprehensive planning, execution, and reporting. Ensure that V&V activities meet both internal and external standards and requirements. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support design reviews, risk assessments, and change management processes. Ideal experience for the Systems V&V (Verification and Validation) Engineer A degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering, Software, or Hardware Engineering. Strong knowledge of systems engineering V&V processes and experience in planning, delivering, and reporting V&V activities. Proven track record in using an evidence-based approach for systems integration, verification, validation, and acceptance. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical report writing skills. Ability to think critically and solve complex problems using systems thinking and root cause analysis.
