Identify candidates’ CVs inaccordance with the specific role that is being recruited, using databases,networking, internet, direct approach or references from other employees;Ensure a good managementrelationship with eligible candidates for the recruitment and selectionprocess, through correct information throughout the entire process – end to end- for the improvement of process transparency;Perform interviews with jobapplicants in order to collect relevant information about the evolution anddevelopment of professional abilities and skills, trainings and educationalelements that contributed to the acquisition and / or development of specificskills necessary for good professional performance on the job for which he/sheapplied;Offer advisory support to managersin the decision-making process of differentiating between the most suitablecandidate in terms of behavior, attitudes, skills, motivation and suitability tothe role and organizational culture;Promote to potential candidates thefacilities, benefits, career prospects and opportunities, so as to enhance thecompany employer brand;Handle the formalities required forhiring a new employee. at least 1 year experience inrecruiting IT/technical profiles;good knowledge of recruitmenttechniques;strong networking and relationshipskills;ability to set goals and meetdeadlines, independent and self-driven, self-starter with initiative andproactive approach;excellent communication andnegotiation skills;IT Literate with knowledge of MSOffice programs;proficiency in English.
