In this role, you will identify, attract, and hire key talents for our two manufacturing plants in Bucharest, covering a diverse range of both blue- and white-collar roles. You will build strong relationships with your hiring managers, P&O colleagues and cross‑functional partners to ensure we attract talent aligned with Zentiva’s culture, values, and operational needs.

Role Responsibilities
Building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and operational priorities.Set clear expectations around the recruitment process, including roles and responsibilities, hiring approach, and timelines, to ensure a smooth and transparent candidate experience.Stay informed about labor market trends and talent availability, providing insights and guidance to support effective hiring decisions.Being an expert in Talent Acquisition
Leverage a variety of sourcing channels and tools (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, direct sourcing) to proactively identify and attract qualified candidates.Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including role intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessments, debriefs, and offer support.Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, Total Rewards, and P&O Business Partners to deliver a consistent and effective recruitment approach.Contributing to Talent Acquisition initiatives and employer branding
Support and participate in employer branding initiatives and targeted recruitment activities to strengthen Zentiva’s presence in the local talent market.Contribute to the creation and sharing of engaging recruitment content across social media and internal or external platforms.Actively participate in Talent Acquisition projects and programs aimed at improving recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and overall TA effectiveness.Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, supporting high‑volume hiring, gained in recruitment agencies or multinational corporate environments with manufacturing plants.Fluency in Romanian and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.A results‑driven, solution‑oriented mindset with strong ownership.Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with ATS systems (Workday is an advantage).A collaborative team player with an engaging and proactive approach.
