We are looking for a brilliant, proactive and collaborative Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team and take our hiring strategy to the next level across Iberia, Italy and BNL
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will:
Partner with the business and People Leads to deeply understand priorities and translate them into impactful hiring strategies aligned with our global TA visionDesign, deliver, and continuously refine talent acquisition plans to meet evolving business needs across multiple countriesSupport to Bring our global employer brand to life locally, ensuring relevance and resonance in each marketLead, coach, and inspire a remote team of recruiters, building a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative cultureChampion best-in-class candidate experience, constantly identifying opportunities to improve processes and raise the barDrive continuous improvement, proactively identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutionsOwn compliance and governance, ensuring all hiring practices meet legal and regulatory standardsWhat You Bring
Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition (ideally knowing Italy, Spain or BNL market), with a strong focus on professional hiringProven success operating in complex, matrix organizations, ideally within both manufacturing and commercial environmentsA track record of leading and developing high-performing teamsThe ability to influence and communicate at all levels, seamlessly shifting from strategic thinking to hands-on executionStrong results orientation with a customer-first mindsetExcellent project skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressureDemonstrated ability to drive outcomes while managing competing deadlines and projectsProficiency in English.
