Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.Tender Specialist The core objective of this role is to support the Customer Services Manager and Divisional Managers to ensure effective application of pricing policies and accurate tender/quote documentation is supplied to the customer. Key Responsibilities ;  Central point of contact for all pricing management. Responsible for correct sales deals and pricing information in SAP. Builds effective relationships with field sales to ensure compliance with Pricing Policy. Identifies and recommends action for pricing problems with Sales Managers. Effectively maintains internal tenders database. Co-ordinates and manages all tender administration. Builds effective relationships with Divisional Managers and secures quality time with them to discuss pricing, sales deals and tenders reviews. Builds strong networks within BSC. As interface to Customers and Sales Representative has direct responsibility to facilitate, share documents and process to identify, notify and ensure any complaint or problem are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors. Act as needed to support and facilitate any field corrective action related his/her scope. Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific. Job Scope ; Knowledge Extensive knowledge in specialized functions. Applies extensive knowledge of business concepts, procedures and practices and a complete understanding of fundamentals in a functional area, and working knowledge of other related disciplines. Utilizes/interprets advanced data to present documentation and analysis and resolve complex problems. In-depth expertise in company’s core hardware and software package (i.e. creating formulas and macros and working with multiple worksheets in Excel; producing advanced screen shows in PowerPoint; inserting graphics, charts and tables in Word; creating forms, queries and reports in Access).​​​​​​ Cognitive Skills Performs complex or specialized assignments usually in the nature of projects, requiring working independently. Exercises considerable judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information and determining trends. Job Skills Coordinates the production and distribution of materials (i.e., manuals, reports, brochures, etc). Reviews the status of projects and budgets. Collects, complies, and analyzes complex data and information. Develops, documents and administers procedures. Provides guidance to and may train others on procedures. Develops and adhers to timetables, coordinating meetings/events, prepares status reports, records, and documents. Secures vendor estimates and purchase orders, processes invoices, and ensures vendor quality. May conduct research and compile information for reports in order to make decisions. Supervision Received Functions independently with minimal supervision and work may be done without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other support personnel. Typically supports a department or group of professionals. Contacts Serves as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
