Tax and Reporting Officer in Bucuresti

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Tax and Reporting Executive will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry. Candidates profile: Fluent English (written and spoken); Medium level of French or German Bachelor degree – preferable in Finance/Commerce Previous experience in general accounting CECCAR / ACCA / Tax consultant qualification would be considered a plus 3-5 years previous experience in Tax and External Reporting area Good verbal & written communication skills Rigorous and accurate working style Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) Previous exposure to ERP tools would represent an advantage Team player Job requirements: preparing and filling intrastats reporting, checking and reconciling with VAT returns recording not-recoverable VAT in expense accounts providing all necessary information (including accounts receivable and other related information) to prepare periodic VAT calculations and declarations preparing and filling tax returns in required format calculating tax, reconciling tax liability accounts providing information and supporting the preparation of corporate income tax filings providing breakdown and reviewing of tax sensitive transactions preparing withholding returns and reports and filing gathering and analyzing information to respond to tax authority inquiries medium critical Reporting validation of system posting quality Assurance meeting SLA targetsB.
